• Subscription and invoice history — to manage your plan and billing.

• Machine status and provisioning data — to manage your Cloud PC lifecycle.
• Log data — timestamps, actions performed, and system events for operational and security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provision and manage your Windows Cloud PC.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing, and service updates).

• Your data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase) and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Your Cloud PC is an isolated Windows 365 instance — fully separate from other users.
• We use HTTPS, Firebase security rules, and role-based access to protect your data.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Cloud PC data is deleted when your machine is offboarded (following cancellation).
• Payment records are retained as required by law and Stripe's data policies.
• You can request account deletion by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
