Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClawFace.dev and related services ("Service") operated by ClawFace ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawFace provides managed Windows 365 Cloud PCs for AI Computer Use. Each subscriber receives a dedicated, isolated Windows 11 desktop that AI agents (such as Claude, OpenClaw, and others) can see and control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use ClawFace. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Billing

  • ClawFace is a paid subscription service billed monthly through Stripe.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or billing portal.
  • Upon cancellation, your Cloud PC will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your machine will be offboarded and data will be deleted.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
  • If you experience a service issue, contact us and we will evaluate your case.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClawFace to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
  • Engage in unauthorized access to other systems or networks.
  • Send spam, phishing emails, or conduct fraud.
  • Mine cryptocurrency.
  • Store or distribute illegal content.
  • Attempt to bypass resource limits or abuse the platform.
  • Resell or sublicense access to your Cloud PC.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. AI Agent Usage

  • You are solely responsible for the actions of any AI agent you run on your Cloud PC.
  • ClawFace provides the computing environment — we do not control, monitor, or endorse the behavior of AI agents.
  • You must ensure your AI agent's actions comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

8. Cloud PC Environment

  • Each Cloud PC is a dedicated, isolated Windows 365 instance provisioned through Microsoft Entra ID.
  • You receive administrator access to your machine.
  • We manage provisioning, licensing, and infrastructure. You manage your applications and data.
  • We do not access or monitor the contents of your Cloud PC except as required for provisioning, support, or legal compliance.

9. Service Availability

  • We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • Cloud PC availability depends on Microsoft Azure and Windows 365 infrastructure.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by Microsoft, network issues, or force majeure events.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

10. Data and Privacy

  • Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • Your Cloud PC data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
  • Upon offboarding, your Cloud PC and associated data are permanently deleted.

11. Intellectual Property

  • ClawFace and its branding, website, and software are our intellectual property.
  • You retain full ownership of any data, files, or content you create on your Cloud PC.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ClawFace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClawFace from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken by AI agents on your Cloud PC.

14. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your Cloud PC will be offboarded and data deleted.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClawFace operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
